Q: I am a complete beginner, is this challenge suitable for me?

A: This is a kickstart challenge designed to get you started on your journey. It is suitable for beginners.

Q: What equipment do I need?

A: The only required piece of equipment is a single resistance band. However, there is optional equipment that may make the challenge more effective, but they are not compulsory.

Q: I don’t have any equipment yet, is that a problem?

A: No. The last sign-up date for this challenge is 2 days before the start date, so you should be able to get equipment in time. You can also do without for the first few days.

Q: What will I achieve in the 28 days?

A: You may achieve a variety of results…you may lose weight, feel more energetic, sleep better, be stronger & fitter, and feel more agile. But the main aim is to create new habits to continue your journey towards a healthier version of yourself.

Q: I’m not a beginner, will this challenge still help me?

A: Yes! If you need help getting into a routine of regular activity, then this will help you.

Q: I’m very busy, will it take up a lot of time?

A: Many of us have busy schedules these days therefore I have planned for the sessions to last around 15-20 minutes if you stick to the allocated rest periods.
